Quality assurance (QA) is a systematic process to ensure that a product or service meets the required standards and specifications. It involves putting in place procedures, processes, and activities to prevent errors, defects, or deviations from the desired outcome. It is our mission to deliver buyer’s require standard quality. We ensure the implementation of approvals in the pre-production phase. No garment escapes our very strict quality control process where we ensure the conformity of the production according to the approved technical file or last updated sample.

Our technical team performs quality control and inspections at various factories before and during production in order to guarantee that all measurements, cuttings, finishes and overall performance are as per the customer’s requirements. A final inspection is made on a determined percentage of the complete order before shipping; A detailed quality control report is always released after each final inspection.
